Executive Challenge

New in 2013, we've added the Executive Challenge! Executives are invited to loosen their ties, toss their high heels, and take an icy dip into (or a brisk walk/run around) Lake Calhoun.

The Executive Challenge will involve executives from across the state either Plunging into frigid water on Friday, March 1, 2013, at Lake Calhoun; or participating in the 5K the day of the Plunge, March 2, 2013. Executives who choose to Plunge will do so with Fox 9 Chief Meteorologist Ian Leonard live on the Fox 9 news at 5 p.m. (pending any breaking news).

Following the Plunge on Friday evening, executives and guests are invited to join us inside our Plunge VIP tent for an evening they won't forget, with guest speaker Ian Leonard and several Special Olympics athletes. Executives will receive a complimentary table for 10 at the event, which will include great food and entertainment.

To participate, executives must raise a minimum of $10,000. This can be raised through a combination of pledges (family, friends, coworkers), a corporate gift, an individual contribution, or a special event.
