Not registered online? Walk up registration will be taken at the pre- and day-of Check In. If possible, please have a completed brochure and waiver ready to speed up the registration process. Materials will be available on site as well.

Pee Wee Plunge
We're excited to introduce a brand-new attraction to the Minneapolis Plunge this year: the Pee Wee Plunge! Designed for children ages 12 and under, the Pee Wee Plunge takes place in a shallow pool, lightly sprinkled with ice cubes and located inside a heated tent! Learn more

Dash & Splash
For Plunge fun around the lake, not in it, join us for the Dash & Splash 5K walk/run around Lake Calhoun prior to the Plunge. Please note that Shuttles will start at 7:30 a.m. and will stop at each location on their rounds (roughly every 15 minutes). If you're a runner in the Dash & Splash, please allow for enough time to walk over or ride the shuttle to the event and register. The race has a hard start of 9 a.m. Learn more and register

Photos
CL!X photographers will be at the event taking pictures of Plungers and will post photos online within 24 hours of the event. Special Olympics Minnesota will also have volunteer professional photographers at the even. We will upload these pictures to our Flickr account as soon as we receive and process them.

Day Of Parking and Shuttle

A free shuttle will be provided to all Plungers and spectators.
