How to refer your friends
There’s a personal referral button on your fundraising page. Share your fundraising page with your friends and invite them to register for the Plunge by clicking on your referral button. When they complete registration using this button, you will get a credit.

The details
– Your friends can register for ANY Minnesota Polar Plunge event. They do not need to register for the same event that you are registered for.
– Once your friends register, they can recruit their own friends using their personal referral button. If they too are one of the first 20 Plungers to refer three or more new Plungers, they’ll also receive a gift certificate!
– If your friends register for the Polar Plunge but do NOT use your referral button, they will not be counted toward this promotion.
– Your friends must register using your referral button after January 19, 2022 at 12 PM to be counted toward this promotion. This promo is limited to the first 20 qualified Plungers.
– Keep track of how many friends have successfully registered using your referral button in the Plunge Perks section of your account page:
To be considered eligible, three or more new participants must register for a Polar Plunge event using another Plunger’s referral link. Registrations must be completed after 12 PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, and will be limited to the first 20 qualified participants. Three or more completed eligible registrations equates to one $25 gift certificate for the Polar Plunge shop. Qualified Plungers will receive their gift certificate or promo code via email. Certificates can only be used at in-person Plunge shops during the 2022 Plunge season (January 29–May 7, 2022). Virtual Plungers may only use codes at the online Plunge shop during the 2022 Plunge season (January 29–May 7, 2022).
