Company team building just got fun! We’re here to help you and your coworkers have the best Polar Plunge experience ever.
Corporate Hour is a special event at the Minneapolis Polar Plunge that gets businesses, corporations, and professional groups of all sizes out of the office to support Special Olympics Minnesota in a fun and uniquely Minnesotan way.

TIMESLOTS
Plunge timeslots open approximately three days before the in-person Plunge date. Any teams/individual participants not signed up by noon on the Friday before the Plunge will be automatically assigned a timeslot.
PARKING + SHUTTLES
Note: Lake Nokomis Parkway will be closed entirely around the lake from 7:45-9 AM on Saturday, March 2, for the Frozen 5K. Please plan accordingly.
Parking near the Plunge site is extremely limited, so we highly recommend taking advantage of our Minneapolis Plunge shuttle!
– Shuttle stops are located around Lake Nokomis and at the Mall of America.
– Shuttles are FREE and run approximately every 15 minutes.

Shuttle hours
Friday, March 1: 2:30-8 PM
Saturday, March 2: 9 AM-4 PM
Frozen 5K shuttles
There will be 1 shuttle departing the Mall of America at 7 AM on Saturday, March 2, for Frozen 5K participants. There will also be buses looping around Lake Nokomis from 7-7:45 AM on Saturday, March 2, for Frozen 5K participants who park around the lake.
Ride share zone
There is a designated ride share zone for those who wish to utilize Lyft, Uber or other ride sharing apps. It will be located in the “boat launch area” just south of Lake Nokomis Park. The space cannot accommodate waiting cars, so please set accurate pick-up times and be ready to go when your ride arrives.
