LOCATION HAS CHANGED TO SAND CREEK PARK. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Plunge time. Parking is available on site (no shuttles due to COVID-19 restrictions).

ANOKA COUNTY PLUNGE

The Polar Plunge is back in Anoka County for the 10th year in a row! The Anoka County Plunge has raised over $1,445,000 in its 9-year history and in 2020, 569 Plungers raised $156,000!

TIMESLOTS

Plunge timeslots open approximately three days before the in-person Plunge date. Any teams/individual participants not signed up by noon on the Friday before the Plunge will be automatically assigned a timeslot.
