A Medica Plunge will also be held in Madison, WI on May 12, 2026.
Register for the Medica Wisconsin Plunge
Medica employees in Nebraska, Missouri, and other locations are welcome to take the Plunge, too! Find your state’s Polar Plunge or register for a Virtual Plunge:
– During the registration process for either the Minnesota or Wisconsin Medica Plunges, select the “Virtual Plunge” checkbox in Step 3: Event Registration.
– Plan to plunge in your own way on March 17 or May 12 by doing something cold!
