Plunge begins at 10:30 AM (subject to change)
The Polar Plunge is back in Minneapolis for the 16th year in a row! The Minneapolis Plunge has raised over $13,699,549 in its 15-year history and in 2021, 766 Plungers raised $301,604.
Plunge timeslots open approximately three days before the in-person Plunge date. Any teams/individual participants not signed up by noon on the Friday before the Plunge will be automatically assigned a timeslot.
parking + shuttlesOn-site parking is not available, but there is limited street parking around Bde Maka Ska (subject to change due to weather conditions). Bde Maka Ska Parkway will be closed from 7:30-8:45 AM on Saturday, March 5, due to the Frozen 5K. Free shuttle bus routes will be available on Saturday to all participants and spectators. Buses will run approximately every 15 minutes to and from the following locations.
